What Should I Do If My Order Is Damaged?
All of our manufacturers thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped. However, please make sure you also inspect your item(s) when it arrives. If you see any visible damages, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you recieved your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
How Can I Return My Item(s)?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you with the return.
If you contact us within the manufacturers allowed return time, we'll be able to help you return your item(s).
Return your order via a trackable mail service to the address provided by our customer care representative.
Real postage costs for the sending and return of our products are the full responsibility of the Claimant and will not be refunded.
Once returned, your order's purchase price will be refunded to you.
Refunds (if applicable)
-If you have returned your item(s) to the manufacturer and they approved the return, we'll issue you a refund to your original payment
-If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 5 days.
-If for some reason your order has still not arrived 45 days after ordering, let us know and we will issue a 50% refund.
Can I Cancel My Order?
To ensure our customers receive their item(s) in a timely manner, we usually process orders as soon as we receive them. We process the majority of orders we receive in about 24 hours after purchase.

If your order is already shipped when you want to cancel it, you can follow the steps in the "How Can I Return My Item(s)?" section. You will be subject to the shipping cost of returning the item(s).
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
