Bought them online. Did not get a confirmation or tracking number from company. They did arrive within 7 business days. Have them set up in my basement and have used them daily. I have a board mounted in my basement with different attachment points to allow for wider range of exercises. Have not noticed anything negative yet. Have been using the product for about 3 weeks.

I like the equipment but the instructions on how to use the equipment are rather vague. I was able to locate some private videos on Youtube.com that were prepared by people that either bought the equipment or it was equipment from another manufacturer and recorded videos on the proper use of the equipment.

You have to mate up different strength cords to increase resistance and I doubt that this is correct and really works.

I like them a lot. Spent my life lifting heavy weights and now joints are paying the price. The bands increase strength while minimizing joint damage. Plus I can use them for boxing training. I do long sets (50-100) and it feels great.

Great for working out biceps, triceps, and back muscles, which is virtually impossible to do otherwise during a pandemic with no gyms open. Great for circuit training, because you can just pick one up and go at it, as opposed to having to stop and tie or rig something together in the middle of your workout.
In retrospect, I may not have needed the entire 22 pieces. Using two to four bands together has proven enough of a challenge for my exercises.

I really enjoy the workout bands. I have purchased four sets, as I need the extra bands. I would consider myself a dedicated enthusiast, when it comes to my workouts and over all health. Now my only concern has been that one of my bands simply broke in half during its first workout. Now this band was being used in conjunction with three other bands. I wish that I could order some additional bands without having to order a whole new set. I would like to order a few more black, blue, and red bans.

Works well. Get a good home workout at a very reasonable price. I was a little worried if the mount would cause damage to the door or door frame but this was not a problem. No marks appear on the door or door frame.

I really like these bands as they provide an effective home work out. I was pleased to find that after my current workouts I have muscle soreness just as if I had worked out with dumbbells. My one small suggestion would be to have bigger hooks where the bands connect to the handles or ankle straps but it is a really small issue. Customer service was also very responsive when I had a question regarding shipping. Overall very happy with the purchase

A handle already broke so not thrilled with the quality. But it wasn't the most expensive band set so that's prob on me. I do worry each time I work out though. And I don't think the bands are calibrated to equal the resistance they say they have. Unless you choke all the way up on each one. But it works for an in-home workout so overall I am happy.

I love the bands and well worth the money! They arrived fast even during these challenging times. If there was one wish would be workout out suggestion although the bands come with pamphlet with different types of exercises but more something for men/women Routine (beginner, intermediate, hard) maybe 4-6 week plan so you can easily jump in. Outside of that request it’s perfect.
